BricksFlow is operated by LIXIAOXIAO. For privacy questions or requests, contact 471832409@qq.com. This policy describes the current Android and iOS version distributed through Google Play and the App Store outside China.

Information used by the game

The game stores progress, settings, virtual item balances, purchase-related entitlement and transaction records, and the version of the privacy notice you have acknowledged on your device. These records are used to provide gameplay, remember preferences, restore applicable purchases and avoid granting a purchase more than once. This version does not provide a developer-operated player account or cloud-save service.

Purchases and platform services

In-app purchases use Unity In-App Purchasing and Google Play or Apple's App Store. The game receives product, transaction, receipt and purchase-status information needed to process purchases and restore eligible entitlements. Your payment details are handled by your store/payment provider, not entered into BricksFlow. The store and Unity may process information needed to deliver their services under their own policies:

Advertising and tracking

This version has no connected third-party advertising network. The privacy notice itself does not request advertising identifiers or grant advertising or cross-app tracking permission. If advertising or additional data services are introduced, we will update this policy and provide the applicable privacy choices before those features are used.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords or payment-card details. Email is handled through our email provider.

Sharing and international processing

We do not upload your local gameplay save to a developer-operated server in this version. Purchase information is processed through the services described above. We may disclose information you provide to us when needed to comply with applicable law or protect legal rights. Platform, purchase and email providers may process information in countries other than yours, as described in their policies.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the game, subject to your device's backup and restore settings. The store may retain purchase records independently. We retain support correspondence while needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations, and delete it when no longer needed. You can email us to request deletion of information you have sent us. Requests concerning store records should also be directed to the relevant store.

Your choices

You can view this policy from the game's settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object to processing, request portability, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify that it concerns your information. Acknowledging the notice is not consent to optional advertising or tracking.

Children

We do not ask players to submit their name, date of birth or contact details during gameplay. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it. Parents and guardians can use the store's parental controls to manage purchases.
